We are a nonprofit association created in 2005 under the name "Abantoko Taichi Eskola". Subsequently, having been authorized by Master Chen Xiaowang to represent him in Euskadi and to use his name in our Association, it has been renamed as "Chen Xiaowang Taijiquan Euskadi". The Association belongs to the International Association created by Master Chen Xiaowang: “Chen Xiaowang World Taijiquan Association”, and aims to teach and disseminate the Chen Style Taijiquan.

The Association is headed by Pedro Álvarez, who was accepted in 2010 as a direct disciple of Master Chen Xiaowang, and belongs therefore to the 20th generation of the Chen family.
